Awana Awards

 

 

 

Our kids went to Awana at Grace Community Church in Richmond last year.
Awana is Bible based club for kids which includes, scripture memory, games, worship and message time. It was such a neat experience for our family to sit down and study scripture together.

 

Unfortunately I was unable to attend their awards ceremony due to a work function that entailed me having the nice camera...these are the best Daron could do with what he had to work with.

My mom and dad are amazing! They have had a house full of kids several times over the summer. My favorite part was eating lunch with my mom at Olive Garden the day I took the kids down and listening to how excited she was about all they were going to do.

Father's Day

Faith gets really excited about special holidays.

Daron had been wanting decoration for his new office so we looked up different crafts on pinterest.  Since we were going to be in Victoria over Father's Day, I took the kids to his office for him to open his presents there where they would be able to see what his gifts would look like in his office.

Daron was surprised and loved it!
He says he gets compliments all the time when people are in his office.

I am so blessed to have a husband that truly loves being a father

and my kids are beyond blessed that they have a daddy that is as fun as Daron and would do ANYTHING for them!

National Conference-Vegas

Really enjoyed meeting other people that do the same thing as I do

and learning from them.

I know, I know...many people ask if I even worked. YES, I was in classes most parts of everyday...I'm obviously not going to take pictures of my seminars...boring :) LOL

This was a really great learning opportunity. I feel really blessed to have been able to go learn and network with so many other amazing people.

Rockport--July 4th

This 4th of July we went with my parents to Rockport. My mom had the kids a couple days before and as you can well see Nana fixed our little Faith up! :)

Beautiful morning run. I just love sunrises and on the beach is even better!

After breakfast in our hotel room we set camp up on the beach. Rockport beach is so much prettier than I remember.

One thing you should NEVER do...feed the birds...

After a wonderful day at the beach and delicious dinner at Big Fisherman we set up our chairs near little bay for the wonderful Rockport firework display.

Lets not forget my favorite part of evening...sunset!

We had a wonderful 4th of July!

Thoroughly enjoyed family time just slowing down a little!
